1. Returns and Exchanges
- Standard Return Window: Most products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, in the original packaging.
- Exceptions: Cut materials (e.g., rope, chain, wire), custom-mixed paint, special order items, and clearance products are non-returnable.
2. Price Guarantee
We strive to offer the best value. If you find an identical item currently advertised for less at a local competitor, bring us the ad and we will gladly match the price. Exclusions apply (e.g., liquidation sales, online-only retailers).
3. Special Orders
We are happy to source specific, non-stock items for your project.
- Deposit: All special orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of order.
- Cancellation: Special orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
4. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery Service: We offer local delivery for bulk materials and large items. Fees are calculated based on the distance and order size. Please inquire at the counter for a quote.
- Collection: Online orders for in-store pickup are typically ready within 2 hours. Please wait for the “Ready for Collection” email before coming to the store.
